When will my order ship?
your order is dispatched from our production partner and delivered by a tracked carrier — new zealand orders arrive within 6–10 business days. an international line brings your parcel into new zealand, then NZ Post or a local courier delivers it to your door, tracked every leg. once it's on the way you'll get a tracking link to the same inbox that placed the order.
Can i return it if it doesn't fit?
yes — 14 days from delivery. items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original print intact. write to contact@somethingikept.com first — we'll confirm your return and send you the return address (returns go to our production partner; there's no prepaid label, you arrange and pay the return yourself unless the item is damaged or the wrong item shipped). refund lands within 14 days, once you've sent us the tracking number.
What is it made of?
100% heavyweight cotton, garment-washed so it lands soft. designed to outlast the summer, and the one after.
What size should i get?
cuts are unisex. tees run XS–XL; hoodies go up further. we run true to size — if you like a boxy fit, stay with your usual. every product page has its own size chart and a what's-my-size quiz.
